Our story
Your neighborhood shop on Taraval
Rex Auto Services is a car repair and maintenance shop at 2120 Taraval Street in San Francisco's Outer Sunset. Customers come in for an oil change or a patched tire and leave with everything else on their list handled too, often the same day they call. Jackie leads the work in the bays while his sister Sally runs the office, and the way our customers describe the experience says it best: careful, affordable, and snappy. We'd rather earn a neighbor for life than a big invoice today, and our 4.6-star rating across 86 Google reviews reflects that. We're open Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM. Stop by or give us a call. We'll take a look.
- Rated 4.6★ on Google by real customers

What customers say
“Very grateful for Jackie and Rex Auto Services. Came in for an oil change, mentioned I had a few other things going on. Oil change complete and the few-other-things were resolved, too. Careful, affordable, and snappy. Will come back again in future.”
“Jackie is awesome! Anytime I've had a problem I've pulled in unannounced and Jackie helped me out straight away, always at a very low charge, and he's super sincere and honest. His sister Sally who runs the office is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!”
“Amazing service! Called same day and was able to get my tire patched at a very fair price. Customer service is excellent and my wife and I are so happy we found Rex Auto Services, we highly recommend this place!”
